There's a lot of talk on this forum about the right wing supreme court.
Today there are two news articles worth mentioning on this subject. Both, it would seem, could have been signals to the religious conservatives that the court, with it's conservative majority, is with them. That's not what's happened though.

http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/...89S0XW20121029 I'm not an expert on the Supreme Court, nor am I a constitutional attorney, so this may be a play for a longer range strategy for all I know, but it certainly doesn't look like these folks are nearly as scary as some members here would like to make them appear.
