Colorado prison chief killed Mar 20th 2013, 14:05 Tom Clements, the head of the Colorado prison system, was shot to death last night. What the story doesn't mention is that the governor of the state is about to sign gun control laws. He was already going to sign them, but the cynical part of me wonders if the opponents of the laws might fixate on this to say that the governor clearly wasn't in the right frame of mind when he signed them.
