The controversy is that Osama Bin Laden, referring to the threat the Seals removed, is now dead, and some people feel that comparing state-sanctioned elimination of a terrorist with removing a president from office was going too far. It should also be noted that Admiral William McRaven, the commander of Seal Team Six, has indicated that Obama is responsible for the death of bin Laden, saying, "Well, let me make one thing clear, I didn't order the raid. And this is not a small point. The fact of the matter is, it was the President of the United States that ordered the raid." Bolding mine.
