Father of all scams (till now) Aug 17th 2012, 14:35 http://www.thehindu.com/news/nationa...?homepage=true This is till now the biggest scam in India - 338 billion dollars - for coal mining, and the accused is Prime Minister's office. The present government is indicted by the CAG (Comptroller and Auditor General of India). This comes after a slightly smaller scam in telecommunications and one in holding the Commonwealth Games in Delhi. The Opposition is demanding resignation of the government. But scams are routine in India, I do not think they would be successful.
